Thanks to the businesses who participated in our High Street Family Fun Days in Brentwood and Shenfield. Our key dates for the remainder of 2025, including Halloween, are listed below.
Add them to your diary and let us know if your business would like to get involved by emailing brentwoodconnected@brentwood.gov.uk.

All member businesses are invited to come along to hear about our 2025/26 plans and network with the Brentwood Connected Board and other member businesses.

We’ll be supporting businesses during the closure of Brentwood High Street to traffic.
From Monday 15 September, Cadent will commence work (for six weeks) to replace the metal gas pipes. The road will be closed to traffic during this period, with diversions in place.
We have added some of Cadent’s FAQs to our website here.
We’ll be providing businesses with social media assets, as well as arranging extra signage in the High Street and using the digital advertising boards in the area to remind visitors our businesses are OPEN. You can download social media assets here.
Need any more support? Please email us on brentwoodconnected@brentwood.gov.uk.

Congratulations to Roses Bakery, celebrating 50 years in business in Shenfield (pictured are Michelle, Sara, Duncan and Kel)!
Thank you to the team for celebrating their birthday with us at our Shenfield Family Fun Day!
If you’re celebrating an achievement or have something to shout about, let us know.
