Mental Elf is a festive 2.5 or 5k fun run/walk which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. This event will be taking place in the beautiful surroundings of Weald Country Park, which is well know for its deer park and Stick Man trail. It's a non competitive event open to all ages and abilities. Festive fancy dress will be much encouraged! Discounted entry tickets during October.
