Get ready for a fun-filled afternoon at the first ever Ingatestone Big Lunch! Whether you're a long-time resident or new to the village, this is a brilliant chance to meet your neighbours, enjoy the outdoors, and share some good food together.
Everyone is welcome – just bring your own chairs, blankets, and picnic and settle in for a relaxed, friendly day on the cricket field. The Cricket Club bar will be open all day, and there’s a special treat for families – the Puppet Petting Zoo will be making an appearance!
The event is organised by Ingatestone & Fryerning Parish Council and inspired by The Big Lunch by the Eden Project, a UK-wide initiative bringing people together to strengthen communities. Come along and be part of this lovely new tradition in the village!
