Join us for one of our Walk, Talk & Create events, with Sue, Lindsay and Julie from Create Yourself Calm CIC who work with individuals, businesses and charities to support mental health and wellbeing using a holistic toolkit of art, creativity and mindfulness skills. They will aim to help you make the most of your 'me-time', with a special focus in this session on art and mindfulness. We will then create a collage map recreating the walk.

We'll meet at Butterfly Meadow (opposite St. Mary's Church) and go for a short walk and talk around Merrymeade Country Park, enjoying the location, sights and sounds and discussing mindfulness.

At approximately 11.15am, we'll walk over from Butterfly Meadow to On a Plate (5 minute walk) where we have a space reserved for us. You'll receive a complimentary drink as part of the session, but other food/drink will be available to purchase.

You'll then get creative and have the opportunity to create a collage reflecting your thoughts and feelings with the time spent in the Meadow.

This session is open to beginners and more experienced creatives. All materials will be provided. We aim to give you a brief insight to what Create Yourself Calm can offer, and Sue and Lindsay look forward to you joining us.
